ALL ARE EQUAL IN LIFE.

We often try to classify Time in our lives as that of being ‘good’ or ‘bad’. Some days are good, some days are bad, we say. But the ‘good’ and the ‘bad’ are so intricately woven even within the time frame of a day. Moments in the same day seem to be full of ‘laughter’ at some happy events, followed by ‘tears’ of sadness, frustration, despair at something unhappy or hitting the ‘highs’ at some success in business or a job, only to be followed by a dismal ‘low’ when things do not go quite right.

The Cosmic Laws and The Laws of Nature are the same for all. We have come into the world and we  have to necessarily undergo the evolutionary process before we leave this place. There is no way out of this.

So it is easier to understand the Truth and go along with the tide of Life as we are taken along with the current. Graceful Acceptance of Life as it comes, Submission to the Highest Source and Renewing ourselves Each Day with the help of the Good Forces – helps us enjoy our journey without much of pushing, pulling, ranting or raving.

In fact, Life takes on a new meaning and a new course! We become truly blessed.

Ecclesiastes 7:14 of the Bible tells us:

When times are good, be happy: But when times are bad, consider: God has made the one as well as the other. Therefore, a man cannot discover anything about his future.

Solomon the King, here, brings  forth thoughts, telling us that good and bad times occur in everybody’s life. There will be situations that are seemingly unjust, such as the righteous seeming not to prosper, becoming diseased and dying young, while the evil are prospered with wealth, good health, and long, comfortable lives. These things occur in every culture on earth.

We know that He, the Lord, overrules all and is well aware of what is happening. He may even allow all kinds of circumstances in our lives that upset our sense of fairness. Ours is not to question, ours is to submit and have faith that He will deliver us at the right time.

Now, about the future. It is beyond our abilities to know precisely what is going to happen. How long will our present trial last? Are we on the right track? Nothing seems certain.

It is not that we should not  think about the future, but that we will never know precisely what might happen. It is this uncertainty that  holds the mystery of life intact.

Our only way out is to develop a tolerance for ambiguity and to hold onto Him in faith, therein gathering the Strength needed for the onward journey.

PRAYER:

Dear Lord, You have given us a beautiful Life. There is good and bad, the highs and the lows, the laughter and the tears interwoven in it. We thank You for every good day we have: we run to You during our bad times. We need You all the time. Be with us and help us go through each day with thanksgiving in our hearts and a song of joy on our lips. Bless us all. In Your Name. Amen.

God bless us all and keep us in His Love, Joy and Peace!
