Good morning/evening to all those beautiful souls❤️ who are brought together under the Big Aura of Love❤️
Are you the one looking forward to a day ahead or are you the one apprehensive of stray criticisms through the day, from others?
Do you feel inadequate when you become the target of criticism from your peers, boss, co workers, elders….or anyone, for that matter?
You feel ready to defend and attack back. You remain stiff with raised shackles and on the defensive all the time.
But to succeed in life, both personally and professionally, it’s important to take criticism in your stride. Being able to hear people’s opinions can improve our relationships, performance, and job satisfaction.
Constructive criticism offering thoughtful feedback, can help us gain valuable insight into our actions and increase trust between people. Demotivating criticism can hurt people’s self-esteem, making them feel guilty for not performing up to par.
But whether criticism is useful or just plain humiliating, you need to find ways to deal with it and move on.
Be patient enough to find out whether it is constructive criticism or not; if spurs your positive growth, do not take it too personally and become defensive.
Try to learn from it. Raising your stress levels does not help at all.
Remember that criticism represents just one person’s point of view.
Know what your strengths are and don’t let other people’s opinions keep you from working hard towards a goal.
Grow up each day.💕

BIBLE VERSE:
Dear beautiful souls❤️ bound in God’s Love❤️
All of us must have gone through situations where we have sought the help of the Lord as the last resort and come to the conclusion that it is best to trust in the Lord in all our life situations.
For, He is the only one able to help, as well as willing;
He is faithful to His Word, and unchangeable in His promises; whereas man, though he may have a will to help, oftentimes, has it not in his power; and when it is in his power, and has promised it, he disappoints, being changeable or unfaithful.
It is easier for us to understand the above lines when read with Jeremiah 17; 5-8 – the reason why we should trust in the Lord at all times:
This is what the LORD says:
“Cursed is the one who trusts in man,
who draws strength from mere flesh
and whose heart turns away from the LORD.
That person will be like a bush in the wastelands;
they will not see prosperity when it comes.
They will dwell in the parched places of the desert,
in a salt land where no one lives.
“But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD,
whose confidence is in him.
They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit.”
Be like the deep-rooted, perennially green-leafed and fruitful tree planted by the stream. Stay strong in the Lord🙏💕
PRAYER:
For all those dear ones❤️ who struggle with their own nature and try to compromise with the nature of others around them; place your trust in the Lord and pray this prayer to be filled with Spirit of Maturity and Discernment.
God bless you and grant you your prayers.🙏
