PEACE – OUR INSPIRATION, OUR LIFE MISSION

Once our prime needs of food, clothing and shelter are met with, then our natural instincts are to find some source of happiness or Peace. A normal day in any man’s life has its own worries, but what if these worries start gnawing at him and he loses his cool altogether?

There are no magical formulas to attain Peace within oneself. We must make conscious efforts to improve upon our physical, mental and spiritual sides and keep working at it. And then, there is nothing to guarantee that we will attain Peace all in one go !

Every step we take, every move we make on our journey, therefore, counts in contribution to the final gift we give ourselves..That is Peace! Unless we have Peace within ourselves how can we pass it on to the others? A man who is not at Peace with his inner self will make the others uneasy and troubled.

So make sure that you are at Peace before you clamor for World Peace. Stay strong, stay peaceful.

To live in Peace with everyone in today’s world is a bit too much to ask of anyone…. and then again, to be holy? Without this we cannot see the Lord, the Bible says.
One thing is sure. It is humanly impossible to achieve both these on our own. Somewhere or the other we will slip. We are, after all, prone to errors and wrongs.
Being frail, we need His Help and Grace. We also need constant fellowship with Him who is ever willing to stay close to us, if only we ask Him.

We need Peace.

The only way that we can achieve this in our lives is by letting go of all that we hold on to, by forgiving, giving, loving unconditionally and serving God and our fellow beings.Since we are not willing to surrender or let go of our egos, Peace evades us. Finally, as the last resort, we bend our knees and bow down in submission to the One, Who, in His Infinite Mercy, grants us that Peace which passes all understanding

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”    (John 14:27)

Prayer:

To all those dear souls who have been in Prayer and Fasting…praying for their needs.
May the Good Lord grant you your needs and bless you and your loved ones in Abundance with all the Riches of Heaven.

Dear Father, Blessed be Your Name. We come to you in this time of praying and fasting to seek Your Peace for all which You have promised  to all mankind. But there are people still suffering, knowing no Peace. Hear their cry, O Lord. Comfort those who are praying for their families, jobs, illnesses, resources and all other troubled factors. Relieve us from all our fears and fill our hearts and lives with Peace, Joy and Thanksgiving. Help us in living the lives You want us to. Be with us all the time. In Your Name. Amen.
