We all know that a reliable person is someone you can trust completely. Either to work hard, to do sincerely what you expect them to do and to behave with sense and caution. If you claim yourself to be a reliable person, just check out if you are at ease with all these qualities as well.
A reliable person has to necessarily be trustworthy, consistent, steady, sound, sensible, dependable, responsible, honest and above all, be able to keep up their word, at any cost. One cannot be reliable off and on, at his convenience. It is an invaluable quality that has to be maintained carefully through one’s lifetime.
That is perhaps why there are not many who are really reliable. It holds the greatest responsibility and can outweigh the balance at some point of time or the other. There could be a tipping of the scales and then you find it difficult to get back into the ‘Reliable’ slot again
2 Thessalonians 3:3 of the Bible tells us:
The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one..
But He is faithful, who knows you. He is our Father, Our Creator, Our Friend and Comforter. The Lord knows all. Anytime you feel you are slipping, you can run to Him for help. He will reinstate and re-establish you. The reference here to the ‘evil one’ is that of the negative energy or force that may draw you into the whirlpool of circumstances that might render you or label you ‘unreliable.’
Turn to the Lord for help, when you are in distress. He is Ever-Faithful to help you.
